Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Join Happy ABA as a Registered Behavior Technician delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes across the Augusta area. You'll work under a BCBA's guidance to help children build life-changing skills.

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy following BCBA-designed treatment plans
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Communicate progress and concerns with the supervising BCBA
• Build rapport with clients and their families

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Comfort working one-on-one in family homes

• Part-time, after-school hours (roughly 3–7pm on weekdays)
• 20–30 hours per week to start, with room to grow
• Some weekend availability is a plus
